Life Coaching

The moment in time where you decide to pull all of “you” together for your own good. That place of revelation where you know that “changing your mind” will change your life!

Barriers To Change. The biggest problem with personal growth and development is that we often block our own progress. What family and friends think, our enemies, the environment and both good and bad circumstances over the course of our lives make deposits into our minds. Our minds make these deposits a part of our “self-talk.” If we do not apply a system of checks and balances to clean out our minds, this imposed self-talk could block the very things we desire most.

Balancing home, work, family, friends and all types of life issues takes work. You shouldn’t feel like you are alone in the fight. There are no new problems or hurts under the sun, just the same old ones rolling around and around…there are no secrets. You should not ever be so “busy” that you are not taking care of YOU! Begin today with Life Coaching for the power to stop the LIES!

Unblocking LIES – Limitation. Intimidation. Expectation. Separation. With: Strategies to help you assess your strengths and apply them to building your life. Support that helps you to uncover the power within, a gift from God. Techniques to help you eliminate the burden of living for what other people say. Identifying connections of body, mind and spirit that ignite wellness.

Your Coach

At the height of my career in education, I became ill and was unable to work. Devastated by the illness that stole everything from me (financially, physically, socially, emotionally, and relationally), faith was all I had left. I learned that life can be experienced with ease or through distress, with mountaintop highs or valley lows regardless of location, economic status, religion, or culture/ethnicity. Yes, bad things happen to good people. However, the way we journey through life’s challenges can be altered by our faith. My new mission in life became establishing new habits, finding answers to keep hope alive and routines that would promote wellness…everywhere that hurt.

Testimonials

Powerful affirmations!!  I’m striving each day to strengthen my walk with the Lord. Thank You for your inspiring messages.
Sincerely,
L.B.

Love you my friend. How do you know exactly what I need just when I need it? My therapist just told me exactly what you said. You are also a prophet!! LOVE U MUCH.
P.S.

Like many women of my generation I was married young with two children to raise. In retrospect I knew early on that it was not a marriage of substance, but I was 22 years old and had hope.

Fast forward 29 years I am now divorced and living a life that I always knew could be- fulfilling and happy; just the kind of life God wants for me and all of His children. I have learned that without adversity and struggle there can be no growth. I also learned to never turn my power over to someone else. Only I am in charge of my power.

However, the purpose of my testimony is not to share how low I was, but to share how high I am today; coupled with a daily confirmation that the best if yet to come.

When I look back over my life I have concluded that I must have had a strong foundation of self-love and self-respect. As far back as I can remember I had confidence in who I was. I often think about if I had none of these early attributes where I would be today: emotionally, spiritually and physically. But the beauty of life is that we can begin a journey toward personal happiness anywhere we are. I can now see the beauty in my loved ones, my friends, a wilting flower and even that annoying hair in my chin that never goes away. There is beauty everywhere; we just have to be willing to seek it.

At 50, my world literally opened up for me, as if I was born again. The true potential and purpose of my life has yet to be revealed; but that’s okay because I have the desire to embrace my journey wherever it takes me.

Many of us live each day without attending to or accepting the “realities” of our lives, myself included. We have purposely been “dumbed down” by this society. Because to be aware is to be a threat to those who make decisions that directly affect us. They know that knowledge is power. They also know how to keep us distracted from reality, especially our children.

We can empower ourselves, stay on course with our awareness and become that threat society fears. Then, there will be no need for questions like, “Are We There Yet?!”

I have known Gayle and her family for practically two decades. I am equally amazed by and proud of her accomplishment in writing this book. It is her testimony, and what a feat to accomplish!

Her story is an inspiration to others. As stated, a positive self-image is healing… Gayle’s struggle with image issues affected her health, career, family and social relationships. Who would have thought this a reality? Gayle’s struggle with health issues continued for years before she finally discovered sources to aid in her recovery.

I was very impressed with the detailed analysis on Alternative Medicine and how Gayle’s study and practice of it helped to open the door of recovery. A very young friend is presently in medical school studying Alternative medicine, it is slowly catching on. The dietary analysis was also beneficial. Diet, rest, exercise, and Faith are essential for a healthy lifestyle. Belief in God will guide one in the paths of righteousness.
Thank you Gayle for sharing. Questions to be asked on page 84 is a good guide. Thank you for the poem, “The Mirror” on page 85 and 86. It is wisdom for every woman.
